Hi I recently had carpal tunnel surgery, in right and left hand 2 weeks apart. I'm now 8 wks and 6 wks into recovery. I took my daughter skating this weekend and lost my balance and landed on my buttocks but my hands caught the full weight on both hands. alot of swelling and brusing and severe pain more so in the left than right but neither fell right. should I give it a few days or contact my Dr. because he hasn't released me yet... very concerned.
