Hello, I have fell on my genitals accidentally. At first day the pain was unbearable and my right side of testis was swollen. After 1 - 2 days pain and swelling is very much decreased but I am feeling little bit pain in lower abdomen. I am taking precautions wearing supportive undergarments and taking cipro 250mg. Please guide more. Thankyou
