I had total shoulder replacement surgery almost 6 months ago. They had to cut the big tendon and added extra material inside to make the stuff they added fit. I have been doing physical therapy etc.
I assume almost 6 months is enough time for it to fully heal so maybe I just really bruised myself.
Anyways I was just doing some work outside andntripped and fell hard on the shoulder in my driveway a couple days ago. at first I couldnt really breath either it felt like. I hurt my ribs etc because it hurt to breath in and out and now it just hurts to breath out. I’ve slept okay,never really slept good in general, and I can talk but wanting to see what you all think. I didnt notice a bruise outside my shoulder area.

I think you messed it up. It is good that you did not face any problem again, but by doing so your previous injury may bother you again. Therefore, I would suggest that you should not do so further. If it’s possible, you should consult a doctor.
already waiting for a reply. it is metal and cemented together so not sure what I could have did to it.
and think it’s had enough time to heal etc but not 100% with movement and then i fell on it.
