Hi Marilyn just can't seem to go forward. I was doing so well been walking and active done my excercises but leg/hip seems to have gone back ! Been trying to walk more each day but can't seem to increase how far I get . I'm just frustrated

far..the op,the first days etc.
then lower you goals, just for today, you can be ambitious
again tomorrow.
