I’m at 12 weeks post right anterior hip replacement. About 3 weeks ago I started having pain inside the femur when standing. Just when transferring weight to it and the first few (5-10) steps then it’s good again. Also up and down steps is painful, I’m back to one step with both feet again.
Has anyone had this?
I’m only 6 weeks out from bi-lateral anterior thr- my left femur does the same thing and feels pretty weak - especially when lifting my leg or trying to step up.
U did both hips at once ??? Can u give some details .... age how long did u have OA how was the op.. what is the difference .. if you have the time ofc .. tnx and best wishes
Oils be stem pain as the bone grows around it. I had the same thing. Mid thigh front. Happened when I overdid the tradmill at 10 weeks. X-Ray showed everything on Doc told me to take it easy for a month. I did no pain again
