I have just had Fentons procedure to remove scarring and to make vaginal opening bigger so I can have internal examination after cervical cancer. My consultant has said to use dilators after 5 days of Fentons surgery but this seems too soon. Does anyone have advice as im worried the opening will narrow if I don't use dilators quickly.
