Hi everyone. Quick question please. I have been having venesections for 12 months now. started at 1500 and now down to 258. question is, my last result 4 weeks ago was 270 so it’s only gone down by 12 this time. is that what happens? the lower you come down its just a little bit at a time? thanks.
Hi, I started at 3025 in April if this year. I went down then up then down …then in Nov I dropped over 800 points. Then this month another 500+. I’m now at 639. I’m hoping this is my last month of weekly phlebotomies.

It can reduce in speed when you get lower because it’s % game but each person is different.
Other things that matters is your lifestyle/diet are you stressed or ill.
No, I have a good diet, exercise and just the normal amount of stress. I guess I’ll just have to be patient. Thanks anyway.
