Hi all, i have just been advised by my doctor that i have a fibriod that 6 inches long, without going into too much detail, i also have ms, i have been constipated for approx 5 years, i also have bladder weakness all that i put down to ms but my neurologist after nuemorous tests doesnt think it is, i tried for 5 years to get pregnant ( that ship has now sailed) my gp is know to be a bit dismissive, I just want to kniw if any of this is familiar and advise about where to go? Is there a specialist i cam request to go to etc. i feel very low and just was a bit of experienced advise

Sorry to hear you are having problems. It is probably likely that the fibroid is causing your bladder and bowel problems as they seem to be commonly experienced by myself and numerous others who post on this site.
You need to get a referral to a gynaecologist to discuss your options for treatment. There are different options depending on type and placement of fibroid and whether or not you wish to preserve fertility, etc. If you are in UK you can ask your GP to refer you asap.
