Fibro-ites..., it’s just toooo easy to let discouragement sap our energy and joy. please try hard to reject all agents of discouragement in your life and to trust in yourself and supporters who really genuinely care for comfort and strength.They are the ones who really love you..their words are what's important only...

Have a great week and remember not to take on board those discouraging words some might say..including your doctors..only you know how you really feel...try not to own or let any discouraging word stick to you..you have enough issues without more..be blessed and take courage= encouragement.. be strong., and always be blessed..you are a valued member of your sphere of influence....what you have to say IS as important as you are....:-) xxx. Genuine love pours out of the heart in words out of the mouth...such words..take hold off...

Christine, you are always full of hope and encouragement I just wish I could have the strength that you have. I will never give up but having widespread osteo and cervical and lumbar DDD on top of fibro makes it difficult to function a lot of the time. Your messages however always put a smile on my face so I thank you for that. You are a wonderful person xx
