Does anyone else suffering fibromyalgia get stabbing pains behind their ears?

Yes, new symptom started 12 months ago with migraines and dizziness. I am now seeing a chiro and massage therapist to manage the neck problem that is causing the migraines and dizziness but as my occipitals are the main running point for the migraines, the stabbing behind the ears happens a lot and has become very tender to the touch.
Hi Jeanette 54 I suffer alot with my ears tinnitus earache stabbing pain behind ear only had these problems since having fibro. fibro likes throwing all sorts at us. take care
