Anyone been diagnosed with both or with one and wonder if you have both? I'm interested because i have fibro with insomnia and then when i sleep i never seem to feel refreshed. CFS is chronic fatigue syndrome.
Would like feed back from others in same boat.
Hi I have fibro and ME I have trouble with sleep and feel constantly exhausted. If I do mange to sleep its un refreshed sleep. Dr didnt prescribe anything for it she left me to get on with it and with fibro.I would see your gp have a chat to them about how you are and see what they say take care
I have been diagnosed with Fibro but not CFS but believe I do as sleep this the one thing that I am lacking and in need of so badly. Pains are under control at the moment.

Mess are the same for both. Pain is the same for both. Basic difference is your tired more, sleep more and lack energy and motivation more.
Forcing a few minutes of at least stretching if not exercise daily helps a bit.
