Alright so, I finally got to see a dizziness and balance specialist today (who was amazing). From my treat results I found out that I have our did have labyrinthitis, which is what is causing all of my anxiety, depersonalization, and dizziness. I also have permanent hearing damage in my left ear. I'm not sure if the tinnitus will go away or not but still I'm happy to know what it is. She told me I have to go through physical therapy to help my brain compensate for the damage and that'll make these dizzy feelings and a large part of my anxiety go away. The only bad part is I can't take my anti anxiety medication because it's a "Vistibular suppressant" so it will hurt the healing process. Well at least I know what it is and how treatable it is. Now comes the long road of recovery, but not as long as not knowing anything for the almost 5 months I've been suffering!!
so plsd. u have a diagnosis and a treatment prog.
all good lock with it.

Glad you finally have a diagnosis. Onwards and upwards now. Your anxiety should diminish pretty quickly now that you have the reassurance there's nothing seriously wrong. Good luck.
