i have the same problem a boyfriend that hates to shower and laughs at me cause i'm miserable he has his whole fae covered in hair and whole body i don't even want to sleep in the same bed with him but i love him and i told him he is the carrier and he laughs at me i also was in food service i quit cause i don't want to make anyone sick like me my head is on fire they are coming out my nose rear feet hands i feel like a slimy mess and depressed to no end of this i am a clean person and enjoyed my job and people now i want to hide in a hole somewhere i'm helpless

I started following this post over a year ago. I was suffering from a similar condition for almost a year. There isn't in the world that I have tried to get rid of these awful worms. From taking mebendazol everyday to 10 days fasting and vinegar enema. It was probably one of the worst moments of my life. Anyway, long story short I took a sample of the worm to Homerton Hospital in London after I was referred by my GP. Results came back... It wasn't threadworm but tapeworm!
There is a big difference between threadworm and tapeworm and I was taking medication based on what I read on the Internet. (Self diagnosis sometimes doesn't work !) The doctor prescribed me a one off medicine (apparently the medicine is not allowed in UK unless in special circumstances. So I had to wait 2 weeks for its arrival from Germany)
Few months have now passed and there is no sign of worms, wiggly feeling or any stomach cramps... all gone! I have my life back in my hands now and I couldn't be any happier.
This is to advise those who rely on self-diagnosis based on the internet to turn their face to their GP . Get your sample tested and make sure what you think you have is what you really have. Then finding a solution won't be that difficult.

Hi I know this is an old post. But I'm trying to overcome threadworms and I want a baby so bad. Did you have the worms your entire pregnancy and did it compromise your pregnancy or baby at all?
My daughter is 7 years old and suffering really bad with itching her bottom. She gets really agitated and screaming wakes up middle of the night. Is there anything to soothe her. Poor baby she cries for ages I feel so helpless a mum in need of relief for her little girl

I have the exact same story, it's been 3 months, I am on my second round of Albenzadole (first taken start and mid dec, second round Dec 30th and then a few days ag) but I am still having wiggling in my eyes and ears so not convinced it's working for me. Please can you tell me if it worked for you?

How is your itchy system? Is it get better? I have been taking albendazole also. I have been taking 8 days continuous. I still feel wiggling but like one time a day at night. It's very weak and feel like Jeeeeeeez less than a second.
I will keep taking albendazole for 14 days then I will take a 7 days break. I hope I get better. I want my parasites to go away.
How do you take your albendazole?

I am the same way as you exactly. Are you well now? I have had it for 18 months. I used to take a lot of herb medicine and herb tingture along with very strict no sugar diet and consume plenty of food that worm don't like such as garlic, onion , ginger , papaya and .... well worms still never leave my gut.
So I can't take it anymore. Now I am on albendazole for 8 days and wanna continue for 6 days more.
If my liver gonna be very sick from having too much albendazole I am gonna risk it now. I am very sick of worms.
I still feel worm (but I am not sure if them) feel like 1 - 2 time a day like Jeeezzzeee feel at my anal.
I still feel itchy&burn my anal but I will say it 10 times less than before.
I am very sick of it .. how are your condition?

I've been reading through this post and the excellent advice given. I would just like to add to it... I have found that if you follow a Keto diet, alongside all the other instructions, it starves/weakens the worms and makes the medication far more effective. Keto diet is a very low carb diet where you try to avoid all sugar and not too much protein (as that gets converted into glucose). It's hard at the beginning but once you lose your sugar cravings (after a few days) you will feel great! I would also recommend Diotomaceous Earth (food grade quality), but don't take at the same time as the worm tablets.
My grandpa is 79, and he frequently had them when he was a kid between 1955 - 65, yet he's never had them again. There is absolutely no medical evidence to support the theory that you become permanently infected, so please don't convince yourself so from these pseudoscience fearmongering liars.
