Finally Feeling Positive

After constant pain since my A & P surgery, after a 3 mth wait for gynecology physio it turns out to be my muscles and nerves. On the positive she is going to come up with a plan of action to finally help me get my life back on track and.back to work, only small negative my bladder has prolapsed slightly but I'm willing to work hard and I'm totally looking forward to next year

So happy for you Melons, good to hear you so positive.

Physiotherapy so important in getting back to normal and reassuring to know how to do pelvic floor exercises properly.

Great having a plan with goals to look forward to.

What kind of pain. I am 3 months post a and p repair. 10 weeks after my surgery started having vulvar pain that has not gone away. Not sure what to do. Only hurts when sitting.

I would describe it as constant contractions and throbbing in the vagina, I had similar pain after my daughter which I was told they were after pains, I've been given exercises to do to stretch and relax the pelvic floor so I'm trying them for 2 weeks then back to physio Hope this has helped x
