Just joined the group and want opinion on my experience. I'm 38 years old and hav BPH since 2017 . I was taking tamsulosin (from .4 to .8) for 3 years but lose its effect this year. I was thinking of undergoing surgery buy my doctor recommended first to try/add Finasteride(and .8 tamsulosin combine) just last month. I was about more than 3 weeks taking it & I was so happy coz its all working fine. Bad news is i was infected with Covid 19 last Sept 2, recovering for 6th day now and somehow I'm okay with mild smptoms except for my pee, my pee stream became weak again exactly Sept 3 it started to get weak, Im pretty sure about this coz i measure and take notes how much i pee since i started finasteride. i dont understand what had just happened the medications just stopped working im not sure if this is due to covid. I'm gonna be meeting my new urologist next week once im covid free.
