I've been dealing with GAD for several months now, most of that being worried about my health and I can't figure out what's going on with my fingernail beds. The tips of the nail beds, just behind the actual white nail itself are a darker pink than the rest of my nail when I'm not anxious or stressed, but when I am the whole of my nail is red, but now I'm noticing that the nail beds on my middle and index finger, towards the base of the nail are a darker pink, even when I'm relaxed. Has anyone else experienced this?

Ask your doctor if darker pink skin behind nails is a medical problem.
If it's not 'happy days' nothing to worry about.
I haven't experienced exactly this but I have noticed my hands become more red when I'm nervous. I assume bc of blood rushing to the extremities?
