I will preface this by letting you know that I do suffer from anxiety. I have been having a lot physical symptoms these past few months and after bloodwork and various medical exams/test, I’ve been told that it’s all in my head. I want nothing more than for that to be the case and I tell myself that to try and reassure myself. However, one thing that keeps bringing my mind back to something being physically wrong with me is my hands, in particular my fingernails. Since I have started having theses symptoms I’ve noticed a discoloring to my fingernail beds as well the visibility of veins in the palm of my hand running all the to tips of my fingers (visible on both sides). If anyone has some words of advice or have seen fingernails similar to mine, I’d love to hear from you.
