hi im louise.
Start weight on 16.06.09 was 15stone 3 and doctor set me a target of 5.5 lbs before she would give me orlistat. So i went straight to ww.
Lost 7.5 lbs by 7.7.09 with ww.
Started blueys on 7.7.09 and in first week i lost half a pound at ww but noticed inch loss. I had some orange oil - at first just on tissue and then it started to leak - i coped well using a panty liner. First leak was 24 hours after what i thought was a low eat meal out and the second time was after my post ww treat of a burger.
I have coped with the orange oil and it is not pleasant as makes to feel dirty but it is starting to educate me with what is right / low fat and right for my body.
I love this website and feeling confident that i can loose the weight.
Im on holiday on sat 25th for 2 weeks in america and will be taking the blueys to keep me on track.

Well done Louise and welcome. You are off to a good start. Holidays won't be a problem in the U.S. lots of salad and some chicken....the burgers may be another problem....great thing is you are never far from a 'bathroom' in the U.S. Americans insist on their bathrooms everywhere but you'll be fine - you've already learned how to cope. Have a great holiday and here's to the slim future.

Don't worry, its actually easier in the US to eat healthy, as there are more choices - at least to me, as I am from there! Its far easier to understand the nutrition label, as it is in the exact place on every food, and looks exactly the same, so you know what to look for - and it says Calories not Kj or Kc which I still have no idea how to find the actual \" calories of food over here!
the other great thing, is if you like your pork and beef, you can have the flavor but turkey bacon, or whatever you want in pork/beef, they have a low fat, tastes the same in turkey. Something I wish they did here, or if they do, I've not seen it, and my husband, a die hard pie, chip, sausage kinda guy swears they don't sell in the UK!
