First day taking Zoloft (Sertraline HCL) 25 mg, could I be allergic?

I was taking 10mg Prozac every other day for about 3 weeks but I started have major anxiety episodes to where I thought I was having issues with my heart and went to get an EKG. Heart is fine but doctor wanted to change my medicine. Started me on 25mg Zoloft yesterday and I felt okay until about 9pm; I took the medicine at 11am. I had a dull headache that gradually started all day which I know is normal for the medicine but around 9pm I started feeling a little nauseous (I know, also normal) but I started to get some tightness in my throat. I thought it was just my anxiety because I get the globus feeling in my throat quite often. But it felt like it was affecting my breathing, not significantly but I kept trying to breathe deeply because it felt like I couldn't catch my breath very well. I woke up at 4 am with the same feeling in my throat mixed with some stomach pains. I had a small panic attack feeling like I couldn't really breathe but eventually fell back asleep. Woke up this morning with a pretty aggressive tremor and the throat tightness has not gone away. Usually if it's my anxiety causing it, as soon as I calm down or wake up the next morning I'm completely fine. Could I be allergic to this medicine? Has anyone had anything similar? I'm having a call with my doctor later today but sometimes I feel like the people experiencing it all know more. Thanks.
