Hi everyone. I’m not sure if I’m posting this in the right spot. Anyways, I’m going to my first gynecologist appointment soon because my periods are a little irregular. I’m wondering what to expect. I’m kinda scared because I really don’t like the thought of someone seeing me down there let alone touching and maybe doing things. And because I’m not at all tolerant to pain. I might sound like a baby… I’m just scared of getting hurt or something. Should I see my GP first for a hormonal testing first? To see if something’s not right in case that’s the cause? I want to go to the gynecologist for my health but I’m sooo scared. Thanks for any advice.
