First Monthly Weigh In (Nail bitin stuff)

Hey All,

Just had my first weigh in at GP this AM it should really have been on Mon but had to cancel appt. Well after 4 1/2 weeks have lost 5lbs but the nurse said from the initial weight the GP had down I've lost 10 3/4 lbs :? Confused :?: So am I :!: The only thing I can think is that I didn't start tabs straight away as was in hospital and feelin a bit poorly. So must have lost the rest then.

Have at last broken the 15st barrier am now 14st 13lb 8) according to GP's scales, my scales say different but who am I to argue with the GP :?:

Only another 4st to go :!: :lol:

I'M ON THAT TRAIN TO SHRINKSVILLE :D

I wouldn't mind being on and exotic beach............. ah but thats another dream !!!

Am goin to exotic Cumbria in 1 month we are takin William my little Shi Tzu (only takin him to blame the horrlble F..TS on him!!)
