This is my first outbreak I am not in meds what can I do to help myself until I can see a Dr. Its driving me insane

Sores that look liked they r opened and few blisters. It's the itching thats the worse. It's also very uncomfortable.
do you feel pain in your blister, check with your dr. asap. try also hot bath
I don't have a Dr now. A little bit of pain but nothing u can't handle there. I've done got baths which help for a bit. Cold compresses also. How do I help clear this up though?
better to see dr. because they really know this kind of.
always make it dry and clean all the time. wear big undies or shortie, we're they can breathe. I read vinegar to apply by cotton but not really suggested, looks will worsten
