DAY 1 plan anything with my family its getting me down. I went to the doctors today after researching my side effects etc... and took a long list of symptoms in and stressed how down i was with it all. Apparently amytriptaline are used ease cfs symptoms?? The doctor gave me 10mg which i have just had my first one. Has anyone else used this medication ?
I have an appointment next week for bloods.

I have taken it, really helped for sleeping at night.
I only took it for about 3 days because it made me tireder and more sluggish. I use Valerian to sleep at night; it's a herb.
I was told to take it about an hour before bed because it will make you tired. We're you taking it mid day?
Yes an hour or half an hour before bed, I don't take it in the day time.
Oh you mean Amitriptaline; before bed but I'd wake up more exhausted than usual whereas I don't with Valerian.
I take it at night before I go to bed to help me sleep as I get alot of pain in my hips which can keep me awake. I sleep better with it but I did put on a bit of weight taking it.
