First rib resection for thoracic outlet syndrome?

I'm about 3 weeks post-op but i am not convinced that the surgery has worked. has anyone else been in a similar position?

Hi. I am over 12 months and in more pain than before having op. Still having pain in arms and chest. Still not back at work. So good luck.

I am a little over a year post op and unfortunately it did not help with the pain in my shoulder and arm.  It did help with the tingling and numbness though.
