First time use Clobetasol Question

hello ladies I was diagnosed with LS in 2016. I’ve been using betamethasone cream until this year when my doctor finally decided to do a biopsy to confirm LS. The biopsy did not conferment instead it said it was allergic dermatitis. I’m curious if anyone else has LS but had a biopsy not confirm it. I have all of the other classic symptoms. Unfortunately on my clitoris is starting to disappear so they’ve gone ahead and prescribe me Clobetasol. they said to use it twice a day for two weeks, then once a day for one week, then two times a week after that. I started using it five days ago and I’ve noticed that sometimes after I use it I get a little dizzy or I get a headache. Does this happen to anyone else? Is that normal? It did cause my skin to get very red and I had one crack. To be honest I don’t know if that was because of the ointment or if my skin really needed the cream because it hasn’t been able to be treated for the last two months while we did the biopsy and waited for results. she also prescribed Premier estrogen cream. which I plan on starting tonight. I noticed my urethra seems a little bit inflamed. I was wondering if anybody else had a reaction like that? I don’t feel like I have a UTI though. I had a baby six months ago and we haven’t been able to have sex yet sense. So I’m just desperate for any and all suggestions on how to get this under control for the sake of my marriage. Please and thank you.
