Wonder if anybody could help me please, I started taking Orlistat on Tuesday and so am now on day 3. No awful side effects and am sticking to a low fat diet but feel really bloated and constipated and have not been to the loo for 3 days now, has anybody else experienced this?
Hi started this week myself , no mishaps yet but do feel constipated , have had a headache though

Are you drinking enough water? Drink, drink, drink all day through. Even when not on these tabs water does help constipation.
HI STARTED 3 DAYS AGO TOO THE FIRST DAY I HAD ALOT OF WIND AND STOMACH WAS GURGLING, THE SECOND DAY I HAD A KILLER SORE HEAD ALL DAY I THOUGHT THIS WAS DOWN TO DEHIDRATION SO I KEPT DRINKING WATER. TODay the sore heads not too bad BUT I WEIGHED MYSELF AND FOUND I HAD LOST 7LBS IN 3 Days wooho still got another 4 AND A HALF TOO LOSE
