I have my first weigh in today dreading it my scales upstairs say i have lost 11lb downstairs they say 5lb been on orlistat for 4 weeks so hopefully will have lost something hows everyone else doing
weighing on a hard surface is better :-) im sure you will be pleasantly surprise x

Well official doctors weight loss was 8lb but i had 2 weeks of steroids in the 4 weeks so overall a good loss she said. .. think i need new scales haha

Not great weighed this morning I've list 1/2 pound x
it's a start though I'm not sure what I did to be honest I went out For meals had take aways etc all the things I probably shouldn't have done hopefully will lose more this month I have 4 stone to lose.
