First weigh in

Hi all, have been taking these tablets now for 4 weeks, and had my first weigh in tonight.

Well I couldnt see my normal doctor so had to see another one, and when i stepped on the scales i nearly fainted!

I was over half a stone heavier than I am on my own scales, I was so adamant they were wrong I made her go and get another pair from next door, and lo and behold, I was instantly 5lb lighter going by the new ones! This was an improvement, but still not as good as I thought I had done.

Long story short, I got the tablet mid December, and told the doc that I would start in January. However, I put on weight over xmas, so my 'starting' weight was higher than the doc registered in mid december. Therefore, they are going by my original weight, and according to this I have only lost 1lb in a month...

By my records I have lost about 5lb, which is still not great. I am really struggling as cant seem to lose the weight...

When I was on weightwatchers I was regularly losing 2lb a week minimum, but not even losing a pound some weeks on this... Going to give it one more month and then give up i think :o(

Hi I had the same problem after 4 weeks on tablets I went to see doctor to get BP and weight checked, scales said no weight loss I told her this was wrong and would go to boots straight after appointment ,she said that was fine and to take the weight slip with me to my next appointment. So go to Boots and wot a suprise I'd lost 6LB, so now I go to Boots just before my appoitment, what I would say is always use the same scales. I once used a relatives scales and gained 5LB this was just after I'd been to Boots. Good luck 2 u all

thanks for that, at least I know i'm not the only one!

I've managed to book my next appointment in with the original doctor with better scales, so will keep my fingers crossed....

They've told me i've got to lose a stone in 2 months, so heres hoping!
