Ive had several cut looking spots in my anus that dont hurt or itch, but i noticed them because it felt dry. i went to the gynecologist today and they said they did not see anything so they were unable to swab for herpes but also said it is most likely a fissure by looking at pictures. a few hours later, i noticed there were yellow scabs in my anus again after the gym. there were no blisters before and ive had no pain or itching. i will post photos in the comments. i am nervous because a couple months ago, i slept with someone who has hsv1. any guidance will help. thanks!
