Astuces pour les fissures qui ont fonctionné pour moi

Had fissure for almost 2 months. I guess my fissure is healing. Here is what I am trying since last couple of days :

  • Meta Mucil

  • Sitz baths ( 10 mins - 4 to 5 times )

  • Plenty of water

  • This one might be little offensive but I guess this is major thing worked for me : Sitting on squat position on toilet helps a lot as it opens up your pathway. You can take a mini chair or stool to keep your legs lifted.

I am also taking Ayurvedic Medicine called as “Himalaya Pilex” . Not sure what is working for me but this is all I am doing right now…
