For the last 5 months I have been suffering from a strange infection on penis just below penis cap. There appear small cuts and reddish skin which pains little bit. When I use some skin ointment, cuts healed. But after 1 to 2 days, skin against get itchy and when I rub it, cuts appear again. A transparent liquid is also seen in cuts but it does not flow out.
During intercourse it hurts a lot and after that situation gets worse.
I have used various ointments but situation is same.
