This has been happening when I start to have a lot of diarrhea. I do get bright red blood when I wipe. But then it goes away using the hydrocortisone suppositorys and barrier cream.. any ideas on what this is?

I had constant diarrhea once that caused hemmoroids then anal fissures, sometimes it takes 4-6 weeks to heal, unless there's an underlying problem like an sti or bacteria.
