Hi all , I went to the dr today, all restrictions lifted, walking without aides, back at work monday. I hope all those of you are afraid ,it will be worth it in the end, hugs to you all.
Congrats Tina - lovely to hear that you've passed your six weeks check-up and heased back to work. Take care of yourself and take it eas on yourself for a lit'll while at least.

Well done, I am walking unaided penguin fashion as had bilateral THR done, in my home, but not confident to walk unaided outside.

I shall be returning to work 26 September after 4 months off -but then I am an old bird on a phased return. I think you're very brave just remember to rest and don't do too much!
