Flaccid penis feels light and hanging loosely

6 months ago I did a locust pose yoga with semi erected penis. Just after finishing the yoga, my penis lost erection completely becoming wrinkly and completely flaccid. Next day, it was hanging loosely totally numb. As days passed I witnessed these things: 1. When wearing boxers slightly tight at waist, pain felt on lower abdomen at both sides of penis 2. Loose flaccid but able to achieve normal erection 3. Getting usual morning woods and night ejaculations. 4. Flaky dark skin on shaft of penis, peeling skin on glans Now after 6 months, flaccid penis still feels light as feather and rubbery though can achieve erection but it takes time. Is the lower abdomen pain I mentioned above is due to nerve entrapment which is restricting blood flow to flaccid penis? I have become so depressed because all of this, I was happy with my life before that yoga destroyed it.

Hey man, I am facing similar problem, it happened to me randomly during night or idk. Since then i can’t have the same erections I used to have before. My penis sometimes feel really numb and glans especially. Sometimes there are sore marks on the glans and they usually disappear soon. Nevertheless this problem is a bit better for me now. It used to be worse but now for like last 2 months it is slightly better. Don’t know what this might be, but I am gonna see urologist as soon as this COVID-19 situation gets better, since there are restrictions now in my country and I do not want to risk my health over this. Hey, I think I have found the real cause of this problem and a solution too after 1 whole year of distress. Real culprit I believe was not locust pose but intense kegelling everytime which made my pelvic floor imbalanced. Leasson learnt: No Kegels, no stupid yoga poses and no cross legged sitting positions.

Pelvic floor tightness makes your penis loose and makes it feel bloodless. That’s atleast my research conclusion.

Solution:

  1. Sleep on your back. Don’t sleep on your side such that you squeeze your perenium area. Never, ever sleep on your stomach. (This solved glans peeling problem)

  2. Next is a magic excercise that is slowly improving everything from sensitivity to color.
    Excercise: Put your legs wide open on the wall and your back on the bed like doing a deep squat and move your breath at your PF and bending it with the breath. After doing it and gotten up my flaccid was huge and soft but after some mins it was back to hard and small. After some weeks of doing it it was fully recovered.
