Flaking skin of hands

Skin of my hands peels off and it absorbs water when continuous exposure to water like during a shower or swimming. Moreover this condition is seasonal. It worsens during summer and in humid conditions i.e water retention in skin. While during the start of winter it becomes extremely dry and then after few weeks it becomes normal like regular skin of  fingers. I have been treating it for psoriasis. First i thought medication is working but again, this summer it came back like always . I had also treated it for fungal disease. But those medications increased the redness of peeled off area so my doctor advised me to stop the medication. Now my doctor said that he dont know what it is and he took some pictures of my hands for consultation and told me that he will contact me when ever he found something relevant. Its been a whole year since he said that to me. During this time i also checked up with  2 more dermatologists, both of which prescribed me medications for psoriasis. -__-.. Anyone please guide me what to do. I have been thinking for skin biopsy.  Is that a right to do ?

These are some pics. Dry normal skin and water exposure skin after hand wash with just water, no soap. (The ones with whitish peeled areas)

Hi, I have just had a look at your photos.  Are your hands sore?

Look for DermNet NZ  I find it a very useful site,  see if anything looks like your hands.

Are you in the UK?

I have just had a quick look at the photos of Palmoplantar psoriasis - hands and feet.

DermNetNZ does tend to show the worst case scenario photos but it does give you an idea

I don't know about having a biopsy.  I had to have biopsies to confirm my diagnosis but I don't know whether it would help you.  You would have to speak to your Dermatologist

No i am not in UK.

And i dont feel any sore in peeled of areas.

And yeah i forgot to mention that its in my family.  One of my Grandfather's brother had it too. And now me and one of my little cousin. She has it on the sole of feet too. But i dont, not even a lil bit.

Keeping in mind the probability of palmoplanter psoriasis,  is there any chance that it may be genetic ?

N i have been treating it for psoriasis for bout 3 to 4 months roughly. If its psoriasis why does it worsen during summer. One of the typical symptoms of psoriasis is that it worsens during winter.

And any idea whats with the water exposure thing ? How do i get rid of this trouble?  I mean after every bath my hands feel like sh*t.
