Hello all,
Lately I've been experiencing flashes in the center of my vision when I move my eyes from left to right or vice versa. Especially when there's much light in the room. It's not like a white flash but more a black circle right at the inner side of the eye. I'm also seeing it in the very inside corner of sight with just 1 eye open. They're not floaters, I have those so I should know.
I figured it could be my nose and the brain has to readjust because there's input from 2 eyes, kinda like the nose also blocks off your sight with the other eye closed. But I'm just guessing of course. What do you guys think it could be? Thanks in advance!
P.s. The reason I think it could be my nose because maybe I just never noticed it before. I'm a bit paranoia since I occasionally test my eyes for new floaters and once theses flashes caught my focus I've been tending to reproduce the way I saw them in the hope it's gone.
I have flashes but mine are white circles with squiggles in them and I have floaters too. I had been to optometrist and he saw nothing but today I saw an opthalmologist and he saw something in my eye. I had a flourosene angiogram with that dye they inject and then take pictures. I am honestly worried and it will take a few days to know what the dark spot is that he saw in the back of my eye. I would definitely see an opthalmologist if you haven't yet.
