Hello, several weeks ago I was at the pool with family wearing sunscreen and noticed I had a red spot on my lower leg that was much more pronounced in color then the skin around it but it is smooth. It was starting to itch and burn a little but the skin around was not affected. I covered the spot for the rest of the day then moved on. A couple weeks later the same thing happens but it would fade after a while out of the sun. Fast forward a few weeks and I noticed if i get hot the spot comes back and mild burning starts. Now it stays around longer and i cant figure out what it is. It isn't scaly, itchy, raised, bumpy or open at all. It gets worse when exposed to the sun or heat. What could this be?
