Hi there, has anyone tried fennel water for very bad gas. I’m really struggling with gas and the foul smells I make! I get cramp with it. I do drink fennel tea and take buscopan and mebeverin but they do not stop the smell! My husband is now asking me to stop passing gas and I just can’t!
Hope someone has had experience with making fennel water and it being a success to ease wind!
I’ve not tried fennel for gas. But charcoal is very good at absorbing gas 👍

This is how I cured my gas and gas pains. Had a problem with this for 20 years. Gas pains every night. I started taking Metamucil every day and after a couple weeks no more gas pains or gas. I have been taking it for 15 years and it has never come back.
I was recommended charcoal for ibs as it deals with the gas and runs apparently.

I did try charcoal a while ago but then a dr told me to stay away from “alternative medicine” as she’s had patients go in with stomach ulcers and the like after trying them...
I’ve been on fennel tea and find that works but I’ve heard fennel water is also good! I may go back to that charcoal and I’m also happy to try any other medications mentioned!
It’s awful, especially when it attacks when in company!
