So I earlier in the year I had cut myself around the bottom of the head of my penis. it healed fined but now there's this weird fleshy spot. I had an std test back in May and everything was negative (even blood screening) but it looks a little weird. when I'm Erect you can barely see it. any ideas to what this may be? it's squishy and doesn't feel like anything and it has never bled nor caused any infection
