PATANOL OR OPTANOL in UK, was only effective eye drops I cld. get on NHS. ...but doctors on Isle of Wight, U.K. will not write new prescription after me having used it for years ..as a cost cutting reason EVEN THOUGH I'm willing to pay for it !!! ???? (There's no other reason why they're doing this)OPTANOL also prevents phlegm & other irritants draining to my chest & ACTIVATING MY ASTHMA so I end up getting extra inhalers instead ! Makes NO sense
