Flu jab - how soon after heart attack?

Three weeks ago I had a mild heart attack. I also had pneumonia at the same time.

Will I be able to have the flu jab this year & how long after my heart attack?
At the moment I am not feeling very well due to my chesty pneumonia cough.

Also would it be a good idea to have the pneumonia jab?
