I had a septuplasty in Feb this year, then a removal of fungi ball in May, but started experiencing a fluid sensation coming down down along canine teeth to the right upper lip, my eyes very swollen in the morning, I don’t see the liquid, but I feel it, I received MRI with contrast and without, CT scan with contrast and without CT scan of my tooth and every thing negative, my face no swollen in the morning only eyes. I visited 4 ENT, 2 maxillofacial, 1 neuro surgeon, 1 neurologist and they dont find anything, I feel a pop in my ear occasionally but they said the MRI was negative, any recommendation? I will appreciate it
