Anyone have these? I'm about to stop taking this after only a month bc my interest and sensation have gone to like zero. I'm only taking 5 mg. it's very frustrating.

I totally understand. I've been working on getting of and staying of the SSRI's. The side effects I'm sick of and know that life is full of stressors to get me to a help stage but working on eliminating fluoxetine. I believe it, for me, is a bandaid and need to work on other ways. Living life and enjoying what God intended. Prayers for you and this group.
Are you having side effects from coming off the meds?
Taking it very slow. For me, more of myself coming back. Wish I new when I started SSRI's what I know now. Would have never started. I know this is just me and everyone is different. CBT theropy and just working on all I can with stressors and people. Just me though.
I hear you there. I'm a therapist but it's hard to help myself when I'm helping others all day lol
Thank God for therapy and the tool's shared. Take that time for you. Your needed by others.
