Fluox Withdrawal - im alright

Hi all,

Its now my 3rd day without fluox. I am still alive. Just a little bit depressed. Back pain and stiff neck come back. Day time tireness come back.

Night time anxiety heart palpitations come back. Took xanax and it calm down.

But no depersonalization nor social issues nor work functioning issue nor suicidal thoughts.

The up side is no more serotonin flowing noise in my brain, no tinnitus, no headache, no weight gain.

I will be off from this med nd I hope I can stay healthy and position.

Little bit of depressed feeling and panic I can live with.

Bless you, just be careful as the withdrawals can come out of the blue and often several week s later !, my advice is to withdraw under your docs supervision hun xxxx

Withdrawal from Fluox 6th day now .

No major depressive symptoms

But minor depressive symptoms emerged - low mood, serious neck and shoulder pain, muscle tension, anxiety, panic attacks more frequent

Tiredness more frequent

Generally not well.

Still no depersonalization, obsessive disorder, phobia, social relationship issue, nor work functioning issue.

If it continue to deteriorate, I will resume meds.
