Craig I deal with the same thing everyday around that time! It is so strange and also I think because I anticipate it, it gets worse! I too am curious to know if people deal
With that. Based on what I've read here it does subsided or at least you learn to deal and cope with it way better.
Having daily panic attacks and anxiety at the same time of the day is fairly common I think! Mine were always in the mornings upon waking up and then before bed time. I would just advise to try to focus on any of the good and calm times you may now start having...those are the measures of improvements... The increased anxiety is fairly normal side effect. Also remember that 5 weeks is still very early. Be patient and don't let the anxiety panic you too much... though I know that is easy to say but difficult to really feel, I was very worried too.
My improvements came with week 7, and even better from week 9. You will get better too!!! xx
Thanks for the encouragement so much - you need it at times.
I know it's early days and i'm certainly seeing improvement, especially to my mood over the last couple of days - I also have a clearer head, which is nice.
