well its almost 8pm christmas eve and I must be the only one sitting at a keyboard typing to this site, sad or what! so as of tomorrow morning I start with 40mg, quite excited but also cautious with my expectations initially, if they make me feel twice as lethargic as I am now god help me, I wont get out of bed. it will be an interesting diary to keep over the next weeks documenting the changes, things can only get better bye bye for now, seasons greetings to everyone.......x

hello David, I remember chatting with you weeks ago, sorry to hear you too are going through a bad time, especially now in the festive period when most around us are buzzing with excitement, tomorrow is just another day really for me. bah humbug and all that jazz great that you still have a positive outlook David that is critical I would say and I'm still trying to construct mine! I thought I was up there a few weeks back but for wharever reason I slid part way down the slope, so it's back almost to square 1 for me with the new dose starting in morning, have a nice day tomorrow David, and I hope 2015 is a happy healthy and prosperous one for you.

I am on 40mg, to be honest yes it did make me twice as lethargic. However, my doctor just recently prescribed me sleeping tablets and since then I feel so much more energetic! You should be okay.

We don't have plans for tomorrow other than a good walk for puppy, and a Christmas dinner!

I do wonder about the lethargy with 40 mg, but having said that I was able to sleep mostly pretty well on the 20mg, guess it's a case of wait and see huh, rather than me finding problems that do'nt exist Have a lovely Christmas Anna, do'nt eat all the pies haha xx

To be honest before the tablets I was waking up at like 3am until 5am so lethargic symptoms were sure to be present!

I'm glad to hear that you have enjoyed the experiences that I've written about, my view of things is not perhaps how others see things but it is how I felt at the time. Today is my 1st day on 40mg, taken half an hour ago, so no change yet haha, will continue to update on a daily basis so watch this space,, caio for now David

I'm not celebrating Christmas this year; mostly because my dad works offshore on the oil rigs.
I was out clubbing last night and took a very bad reaction to my medication, I was and still am very ill!
My friends want to go out tonigh but I think I might pass, don't want to ever feel like this again.
How is the 40mg?

aww that's too bad that your dad is away offshore for Christmas, although it means you get a second one when he gets home funny enough I can see some working oilrigs on the horizon from my house, it's called the Beatrice oil field, if he is on there I can go give him a wave do hope you have recovered from your night out, and enjoyed your day.
