Fluoxetine increase dose no side effects as yet

hi all
just wondering if anyone can stop my anxiety I have increased from 20mg to 40mg fluoxetine and it’s been 6 days and I have seen no side effects and when I started fluoxetine in November they really made me more unwell but I stuck it out and found I was doing ok then this Covid 19 made the headlines and my worry fears and anxiety came flooding back so doctor said we could up your fluoxetine as it helped so well to begin with .
What I want to know is will I get more side effects or would they off showed their calling card by now or is there still time for side effects to turn up

give it some time it take up to atleast 2 weeks and if you see that its not helping maybe you should switch to another medicine

I just thinking that when I first started fluoxetine the side effects were awful but this increase dose I not got any so wondering if I done right increasing

I did have some side effects but 6 weeks on they are gone, stick with it Nelly xxx
