Hi, I'm 19 years old and have just been prescribed Fluoxetine 20mg capsules for my depression and anxiety. Last year I tried Stertraline but I did not respond to them at all, In fact my doctor reckons that coming off the Stertraline pills triggered my panic attacks that I experience often now.
I have been told to take one every night before I go to sleep. I am a bit cautious of starting these new pills so I would love to know any side effects I may experience and how to cope in general.

I too have just been perscribed these 1 every night before bed. I have been taking them for 3 days now so they are not working yet.
Only things I have noticed are waking earlier than normal and a lack of sex drive. But I am not sure if this is the tablets or the Anxiety and Depression they were perscribed for.

Yes I've been taking these pills for 2 weeks now. 1 every night before I go to sleep. It took me over a week for me to notice anything and the only thing I noticed was that I was becoming increasingly tired and drained. I have become less emotional but I don't know if that's due to the pills or not.

HI, I have also noticed being tired more. I am still very anxious first thing in the morning but it lessens as the day goes on until I am very tired in the evening.
I am also still finding it hard to work up the motivation to try to do anything.
