How do you know whether Fluoxetine will work? Do you gradually get better or does it just snap back like the anxiety did randomly?

It takes time. Be patient. Give your body time to get use to the medication. It is a good drug and is worth the side effects. I started to feel better after 2/3 weeks. Each day got a little easier.
Yeah Allison is right, take each day as it comes, and depends what your taking I’m on 60mg at the mo, and feel great, but Prozac is soooo slow to work, that you think it will never end, but the symptoms will go away, and you do feel normal again x
Seems to be slow and 2 steps forward, one step back, but nevertheless forward overall. Good luck James.
