I get this fluttery butterfly feeling in my chest! When this happens I have to cough to make it stop. Sometimes it
doesn't stop right away I might have to cough several times. Almost like palpitations but light flutters. Does anyone else go through this? I can remember this is how
my peri menopause started. It went away for a while now
it's back. I missed my period for the first time last month!
So I'm hoping this is the end!😔
Went 110 days without my period then got it for 5 days normally. Now I'm waiting to see what happens next. They say 12 months without your period you are officially in menopause. I hope yours don't come back.
I have had that flutterly feeling in my chest before .
I haven't had it in a while but used to get it frequently when I started all the crazy peri symptoms. It's a little different from palpitations and hard to explain to people! But yes I've had them , told the doctor about them and she said probably from hormones or pvcs... I've also heard esophageal spasms but I don't really know 😔

Ck with your Dr just to be sure. May need an upper GI. I've had it happen a couple of times but not frequent.
